The Hachimangu Shrine is Kamakura's most important Shinto shrine. You pass through tori gates off the main road and then walk up the hill to the shrine. Lots of people here, but the least interesting of all the shrines/temples we visited, perhaps because we lacked the full relevance of this shrine.

On the way in, we saw this wedding party procession; such exquisite clothes!

Back towards the main road, I saw these beautiful peonies.
